W IBF is very proud of its long running Mentoring programme and we wanted to celebrate the people who give their time and expertise to others in this way, so we have introduced this new award for 2022.

Mentor of the Year celebrates an individual who has consistently demonstrated the importance of mentoring, having given up time to support one or more mentees over the course of the last year.

We would like to congratulate the shortlist of the award –
